Everyone has heard this directive thousands of times.  Most Americans  believed  it and  tried to comply. They  became fatter.  Why? Because  EAT LESS= EAT MORE Quantity.  MORE maybe fewer calories if you eat huge  salads but you stretch the stomach CONTAINER  and mess up  your hormones. THEN you are starving all the time.  Then you BINGE.
