SAM STOMACH GOES OFF
Oh GREAT.
You’re ‘going for the burn’ again.
Let me guess —
you’re sweating, your knees are screaming, your shoulders are jammed,
but hey… you earned dinner, right?
Newsflash, Dopey:
I don’t care about your calorie math.
Every time you smash your joints to ‘burn more,’
I get the message loud and clear:
panic, stress, scarcity, survive.
And while you’re busy punishing yourself,
your joints are quietly filing paperwork for early replacement.
You think that burn means fat loss?
Nope.
That burn means compression.
Cartilage getting squeezed like it’s disposable.
Fascia glued instead of elastic.
Ligaments hanging on for dear life.
You’re not getting strong.
You’re getting structurally bankrupt.
Here’s the part no one tells you:
When movement expands instead of collapses,
when load distributes instead of jams,
when gravity becomes a partner instead of an enemy…
I relax.
Hormones calm down.
Appetite stops screaming.
You feel done — not deprived.
But sure —
keep chasing the burn.
I’ll be over here managing the damage,
sending hunger signals,
and watching orthopedics cash the checks.
1974 vs 2024
Burn culture + weight-loss dogma =
20× more knee replacements
6–7× more hip replacements
and people “exercising” their way into surgery
That’s not aging.
That’s movement malpractice.

P.S. All you need is TYE4X® & 80Bites & Parasetter®. STOP playing with your body. Stop believing the FAILED FORMULA: “EAT Healthy, Exercise MORE”— Sorry it is HORMONES & HUNGER not “torching calories” because you ate lots of Kale and hated it and then ate a lot of what you really want. Eat what tastes good in your mouth but eat the WIDEST possible selection of Foods & Beverages. Don’t ever narrow your diet to be “healthy.” “Hard” aka Compression Exercise ruins the structure and makes one HUNGRY. Only exercise based on the TENSEGRITY Model is beneficial.

Excellent. Much appreciate for your intelligent directness!
And instead of making another list of boring, easily overrided and usually dismissed before January's end--the same diet & exercise goals every year, maybe we can all get real, get smart, and actually enjoy life!
Thanks, Joan.
